Join Zaneta Wright, a wild forager expert, on a foraging walk through Sonairte's beautiful nature trail

About this event

Zaneta Wright has been leading foraging walks since 2011. Her knowledge of wild edible plants is both deep and broad, having learned about the edible, medicinal and craft uses of many plants. A foraging walk with Zaneta will enlighten you and open your eyes to the bounty that is all around you.

The tea walk and foraging will start with a foraging walk with a view to identifying edibles and plants that would make good teas. We will then head back for a tea party where we will make and try tea blends. Learn how to ferment and dry herbs for teas and learn about the medicinal use of herbal teas.

This walk and workshop has a maximum of 15 participants, so buy a ticket to this unique experience before it's booked!

Sonairte reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum attendance is not met or in the case of changing health regulations relating to COVID-19.

Tickets can be purchased at the Sonairte Eco Shop or online at Eventbrite.

Refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation minus a small Eventbrite fee.
