About this event
On Saturday 31st July, forager Zaneta Wright will be leading participants on a foraging walk around the nature trail at beautiful Sonairte.
On this walk we will see what is edible and in season. After lunch we will learn about harvesting and making wild and medicinal tisanes. We will also learn how to transform ingredients through fermentation (like black tea), drying for storage, and blending mixtures for flavour.

Tickets €50 pp.
This course runs with a minimum of 9 participants.
Note: Sonairte reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course or workshop in the event that minimum ticket sales are not reached or in accordance with government guidelines. Refunds will be issued in the case of cancellation minus a small Eventbrite booking fee.
