2 hour Forest Therapy walks (also known as Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing) in the beautiful Barnaslingan Wood, Co Dublin (5 miles from Eniskerry, Co Wicklow). Come and bathe your senses in the forest. Slow down, dis connect from technology and re connect with yourselves. These walks will include mindfulness activities, nature connection invitations and expressive arts in nature. Research demonstrates that Forest Therapy (Shinrin-Yoku) can reduce stress levels, promote positive mental health and wellbeing, improve sleep and concentration ,reduce anxiety and enhance vitality.
The walks are facilitated by Shirley Gleeson, Accrediated Forest Therapy Guide and Mentor with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
