About this event
Octobers Sunrise yoga club! 7am Saturday 8th of October - lets meet for a sunrise yoga class and dip in the sea. The numbers are growing so please register soon to avoid disappointment.
This will heart opening yoga flow, followed by a dip in the sea and a very treat, a hot cup of Cacao from the lads at ROOTS dublin.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
