Join us for our workshop when we will explore what resilience looks like, how we can build it and the vital role it play in mental health.

About this event

In this workshop we will discuss our understanding of what resilience means and why it is important for our mental health and well-being. We will discuss and experience personal tools and skills that can be applied in our lives now and in the future to be resilient people.

Open to anyone (aged 18+) with an interest in mental health and well-being.
