Free Workshop: SELF CARE SERIES Part 2. Building My Self Care Toolkit

About this event
During this workshop we will start to build our daily self-care toolkit across the first two basic wellness areas: Physical and Emotional. We will discuss the self care strategies you already have and what new strategies you would like to try using the SMART goals approach. You will receive practical worksheets to help you develop your toolkit in our learning pack, emailed to all participants. We will also practice a number of mindfulness techniques.
This workshop is part of a series on Self Care. We would recommend that you attend all workshops in the series in order to get the most benefit.
Who can attend?
Open to anyone (aged 18+) with an interest in mental health and well-being.
