About this event
Full Day Wellness Retreat Itinerary:
We begin the morning with a guided mindfulness meditation with our holistic practitioner.
After our meditation time want to get you up and moving, we will take you on an easy and calming tour of the stunning Barrow Blue Way one of Irelands Ancient East's big and new attractions on hybrid electric bikes.
We return to The Sir. Hurt Barn at Inch House Ireland for a Healthy light lunch and some mingling time.
Then we will take our seats to hear from our Sleep and Wellness Guest Speak, talking about how we can pull all the mindfulness techniques, sleep tips and methods of a good sleep routine and how we ourselves can be come more mind-full in our daily lives.
