Full Moon Beach Yoga & Sound Bath Ritual

Wednesday July 13, 7:30pm-9:30pm

Join us a for a night full of magic, as we are showered by the Full Moon energy. We will start with an intention setting and releasing practice, a mindful all-levels yoga class to incorporate our intentions and get the body moving, a breathwork practice to balance our energy and provide us mental clarity, ending with a deep Gong and Sound bath and guided journal prompts. We will then have some tea and snacks go for a dip in the Sea.

Wether you believe in the magic of the Moon or not, still come and experience this deep and super relaxing practice. I will be using a Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and so many more instruments.

***Please make sure to bring your own Yoga Mat, and a blanket or enough layers to stay warm and cozy for the end of class, and a mug if you would like some hot tea, and a journal and pen for the journalling part. Feel free to bring any extra yoga props you might need like blocks, or straps.

*** I am now also offering to purchase a cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao, this will include 45 grams of Cacao all made for you just to enjoy. If you would like to purchase some just make sure to choose the ticket with the Cacao option.

This class will be great for self-connection, deep relaxation and setting intentions and releasing what isn't serving us for the cycle ahead, as well as Full Moon ritual practices. We will do deep reflecting and journalling for planning the months ahead, the Yoga & Sound Bath will be create to provide you with a clear and calm mind.
