Full Moon Soundbath

The next full moon is on 7th December,

Let's celebrate the post full moon energies with a Sound bath.

We will prepare the journey inwards with pranayama (simple breathing techniques) to quieten the monkey mind then shower ourselves with sound.

Maryam uses a vast array of instruments (gong, singing bowls & chimes).

All* can benefit from a soundbath as there is nothing to do. It allows complete rejuvenation through vibration and therefore a deep peaceful meditation even for those who find it hard to meditate.
