Darver Castle Magical Christmas Experience 2020

We are so excited to have Santa Claus residing in Darver Castle for the weeks coming up to Christmas! Along with Mrs Claus, the Elves and the grinch they invite you to visit them here for an unforgettable magical Christmas experience!

Your festive Christmas experience begins when you visit Mrs Claus. Here you will experience festive treats of hot chocolate, marshmallows, biscuit, cookies & not forgetting treats for the grownups! (Festive mulled wine & mince pies)

Write your letter for Santa while Mrs Claus is sure to keep you entertained!

Next, it is time to Visit Santa, your journey moves into Santa’s actual bedroom! Each family bubble will have their own space while enjoying the fun. Santa is usually very tired from all his hard work so we may need help to wake him up! Santa will give you a coin to make a wish at our wishing well that your dreams come through! Each child will receive a special gift for being so good throughout the year and will post their letter.

(Santa will maintain 2m distance from each Family bubble)

Our elves will show you up to our winter wonderland where you will visit our takeout counter and select from one of our takeout options.

Take our elf trail around the castle grounds, count how many elfs and each child will received a surprise!

Please Wrap up warm as this is mostly an outdoor event

Enjoy a walk around our grounds and woods with your family

Photo Opportunity - Photos may be obtained by an independent photographer present at the event @ €10 per family photo

Our Staff: Staff will be behind a screen or have have masks on and will not be within 2m of any customer

Hand Sanitiser units will be placed throughout the premises and easy accessible

This event is suitable for wheelchair accessibility

Ample car parking is provided and is free of charge

Tickets must be printed and displayed on entry

Queuing times may vary but social distancing will apply at all times.

Covid 19 - If anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of covid 19 or has been a close contact of a confirmed case please do not attend the event.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated slot to register at our covid station for temperature checking and contract tracing information

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund within 72 hours notice of cancellation . Customers will also receive a full refund if the event is cancelled due to weather or the current covid-19 situation
