Enjoy learning the key skills of apple tree pruning in an informal and welcoming setting. Future Orchard Cork's Head Gardener, Chris Troy, will teach the basics of winter pruning of apple trees.

In the workshop you will learn how to:

• Shape your trees to maximise yield and avoid disease
• Indentify and remove problem wood

Things to consider:

• The workshop is conducted outdoors, so please dress appropriately
• A limited supply of gardening gloves and secaturs will be available, but please bring your own gloves if possible.
• There is limited parking on site, hence spaces on this workshop are limited
