Get Your Finger on the Pulse for Veganuary (Ennis)

Get your finger on the pulse during Veganuary 2020 with chef Ciara Brennan, Happy Food at Home and nutritional therapist, Becky Steele. The dynamic duo are collaborating to host a series of workshops and cookery demos to share their knowledge and expertise about how best to adopt and safely enjoy a plant based diet. Affordable and uncomplicated plant based dishes, which are suitable for all ages to enjoy, will be showcased by Ciara, founder of Happy Food at Home, with nutritional knowledge, expertise and advice provided by Becky who is a qualified nutritional therapist and Co Director of Hollytree Clinic in Newcastle West, Co Limerick.

2 hour Workshops cost €45 per person and include welcome refreshments, cookery demo of 3 mouth watering plant based dishes of which tasters will be offered, professional nutrition advice, recipe details and a jar of Happy Food at Home pesto to take away.

The workshops will be of interest if you wish to reduce the amount of meat you consume on a weekly basis or if you have adopted a vegan lifestyle or are catering for a family member who has done so.
