Make the most of your health and wellbeing this month and join Catherine Fulvio as she demonstrates dishes that make it easy to bolster your brain and gut health. From superfoods to everyday ingredients with a hidden boost, you can enjoy preparing your own healthy meals with nothing but goodness.
Dishes will include ginger miso beef, salmon noodles and pepper chicken skewers. Recipes will be sent to participants in advance of the event so you will have time to gather supplies and cook along if you wish.
