The training is for those living or working in Clondalkin, Adamstown and Balgaddy areas and is accredited by CDI Tallaght.
We are running Getting Started with Restorative Practices Online. This will take place via Zoom over 2 half days.
Training Dates (Attendance for both sessions is required to complete the training)
- Session 1 - Monday, 24th January 9.30 - 1pm
- Session 2 - Monday, 31st January 9.30 - 1pm
Restorative Practices (RP) are an evidence-based set of skills that help develop and sustain strong and happy organisations and communities by actively developing good relationships, preventing the escalation of conflict and handling conflict and wrongdoing in a creative and healthy manner.
Training will cover:
- Overview of Restorative Practices,
- Restorative Language Theory and Practice
- Restorative Questions and Conversations Theory
- Relationship Building
- Restorative Meetings Theory and Practice
