Gillian Tuite: “Impressively polished ... dealing with matters of the heart” - Anglo Celt

Jane Willow: “evokes the bare sound of Joan Baez … a bone fide authentic folk artist about to make a mark.” - REMY

Jane Willow
is a Dutch folk musician who moved to Ireland at age twenty-one to pursue music. Her music is laced with Leonard Cohen and Nick Drake influences.

In recent years Jane’s played an incredible amount of gigs, performing at Vicar Street, Whelan’s and Electric Picnic. Jane's supported the likes of Glen Hansard and Kíla and has been featured in The Irish Times, The Irish Times Women’s Podcast, RTE Radio 1, Radio Nova, Lyric FM and BBC Radio Ulster.

On her debut EP ‘Onward Still’ she collaborates with musicians Dave Hingerty (drums: Kíla, Josh Ritter), Vyvienne Long (cello: Damien Rice). In 2019 Jane plans to delve deeper into her folk style with another single release and a run of live shows.

“It comes from a genuine place, this is about the music, … and it takes a gifted song-writer to let their craft alone carry their message in such a wonderfully enjoyable way.” - REMY

‘Onward Still’ is a precious collection of tracks that flow on sweet luscious melodies, pristine musicianship and a purity that is mesmerising.’ Indie Buddie

Gillian Tuite is an Irish fingerstyle guitarist, singer and songwriter from Oldcastle, Co. Meath. Gillian draws influences from Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell and James Taylor.

As a Ballyfermot Rock School alumni, Gillian spent the following years concentrated on live performance and further developing her craft. Gillian's released a self-titled debut EP in 2012 with some of Ireland’s top musicians. She frequents radio programmes regularly and has played support to acts such as Duke Special, Paddy Casey and Eleanor McEvoy.

Gillian is currently working on new material, having recently returned from a trip to Nashville. There she took part in a Randy Newman tribute show, 'Nashville Sings Newman', alongside established musicians such as Jon Vezner, Buddy Mondlock and Pat Flynn, and collaborated with renowned Nashville songwriters Fred Koller and Cyndi Torres.

Her new single 'Something We Should Try', co-written with Fred Koller (Nanci Griffith, John Prine) and recorded with top Nashville musicians, is scheduled for release in early 2019.
