Event description

Description

Hello 2018!

We’re delighted to start the year off with a collaboration with one of our favourite innovative companies in Ireland, Intercom. As a result, the topic for our first event of the year is ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INTRAPRENEURSHIP. We’ll be discussing tech innovation in the start-up scene from a female perspective where they will share their candid stories - it’s a chance to walk away with lesson learned on how to fail, get back up, and be persistent in what you do on a daily basis.

We will hear from Women in tech SUPERSTARS:

  1. Nikki Lannen - CEO WarDucks - Nikki is the CEO of WarDucks, a Dublin-based virtual reality games developer, just recently raised €1.3 million in seed funding. @nikkilannen
  2. Milad Alucozai - Co-Founder, Symmetry Therapeutics - Milad is an American George J. Mitchell Scholar with a background in neuroimmunology. He has worked for and advised many successful startups and non-profits around technology and business strategy. @MiladAlucozai
  3. Catherine Madden - Cofounder UXDX - Catherine has been involved in a few startups is a big advocate of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Her goal is to bring forward people who are rethinking the way we develop products.

Refreshments & snacks will be served. Come, mingle, meet people, listen learn, and get involved!

Hope to see you there before we sell out again!

Best,

The Girls in Tech Dublin Team @gitDublin
