Description

The Glensallagh Gardens pop-ups are a collaboration between Richard Speir, owner of Glensallagh Gardens, and Bob Cairns, former head-chef of Andrew Edmunds, London.

Following from the success of our first event, our second Glensallagh Gardens pop-up will be a celebration of Summer and the best of the season's produce. The menu will consist of five medium-sized courses featuring vegetables from the garden and ingredients from West Cork's finest food producers. Supper will be served in a beautiful open loft with treetop views, on one of the longest evenings of the year. Seating will be at long communal tables. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Supper will begin at 7pm, however guests are invited to join Richard at 6.30pm for a guided walk of the gardens. Please contact us before booking if you have any food allergies or any questions regarding the event.


Supper menu:

Pork rillettes, nasturtium capers, sourdough

Smoked pollock carpaccio, fennel, creme fraiche

Ricotta, courgette, mint, pinenuts

Duck confit, pink fir apple potatoes, little gem, peas

Semifreddo, summer fruits, caramelised oats
