Engineers Ireland is delighted to present: Global Engineers Evening in Cork.
Hosted in the stunning and award winning Arup Cork offices (opened in 2018) this event is all about celebrating the Engineers who come from around the world to settle in Cork and surrounding counties to make an impact in Ireland. Specifically this event has a focus on introducing international engineers to Engineers Ireland Membership benefits, and focuses on the topic of "engineering your career" while in Ireland.
This event focuses in on information around networking your way into getting your ideal job as a Global Engineer, and around soft skills for changing jobs focusing in on LinkedIn, CVs and interview skills. It will be delivered with the context of the challenges and strategies that can be employed in the current Irish jobs market. This event was oversubscribed last time so book early to avoid disappointment.
There will be a networking time for Global Engineers who wish to meet with those who are recruiting for Engineering roles afterwards.
Please feel free to bring your engineering degree transcripts if you want to join Engineers Ireland and/or your CVs to this event as engineering companies will be in attendance.

Lisa O'Neill, Morgan McKinley
Lisa is responsible for Maintenance and Facility Engineering roles in Morgan McKinley where she has developed outstanding relationships with a number of Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies throughout Ireland. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley Lisa spent a number of years in the financial services sector where she worked as a Qualified Financial Advisor. She is passionate about working with people and advising them in making the best move that will match their qualifications, needs and interests.
