Go Well with Gratitude

If you want to boost your mood, become more satisfied with life and generally feel happier, build a simple attitude of gratitude. Gratitude means appreciating what we have in our life and being thankful to others for what they bring into it. Being grateful is about noticing and valuing things, big or small, that give us joy.

Practicing gratitude encourages positive emotions that help us feel good, like happiness, contentment and affection. It nourishes our relationships and increases our sense of belonging. Once you know how to cultivate gratitude in your life, it is quite simple to make it a happy habit that you won’t want to give up! The best thing is, you can start any time!

In this workshop, you will learn simple ways to bring more gratitiude into your life through:

  • Mindful gratitude practice

  • Gratitude journalling and writing

  • Wanting what you have

  • Inspiring grateful habits amongst family and friends

  • Night-time gratitude practice to aid better sleep.
