Goal Setting and Time Management Workshop –2021
This interactive workshop is designed to support you develop a clear roadmap and timeline for delivery of key goals to grow your practice in a sustainable manner. The workshop will support you to set out your stall for the year with clarity and monitor your progress to stay on track with your practice’s development.
Through engaging and thought-provoking exercises you will explore ways to organise, prioritise and manage competing priorities and make informed decisions about work/ life management; all with a view to finding a healthy work/life balance.
A central goal of this workshop is to challenge thinking on how we show up in both our personal and professional roles and to offer practical, incremental adjustments to support you to realign any imbalances identified.

Time & Mind Management
This section of your workshop is designed to help identify opportunities for time-management improvement and illustrate how better management of time can help you optimise your performance and deliver a range of positive benefits in your everyday living. In linking time management with mind management the workshop further encourages you to consider reflection, contemplation and positive thinking as key to unlocking your potential and achieving your goals.
The workshop will include group work, individual tasks, simulation exercises, with a strong emphasis on practical application.
Note: It is important that you only share what you are comfortable with; this is a space where you will be encouraged to be curious about “What else” & “What if”.
