It is an exceptional privilege to have Mr. Pat Lynch as one of our Well-Being Warriors just after our community celebrated it's first year of existence.

Pat Lynch is a Cork based entrepreneur, business owner, angel investor and author who is passionate about education and supporting people to tap into their personal power and potential.

Within the "Goal Setting Workshop" he will share with us his personal tools for creating success and prosperity in life and show us how to use them step by step.

Program of the workshop includes:

• introduction to goal setting

• goal creation under various categories

• action plan design on each goal. (when one goal is complete another is created so that each person is working on 9 goals at any one time)

• some visualisation is also included

• questions and closure

Pat Lynch bio

Pat Lynch is a Cork based entrepreneur, business owner, angel investor and author.

He founded his first company, the award winning Microtech Cleanroom Services in 1998 where he was the sole sales person for the company, securing an impressive 40 U.S multinational as clients (at least one per month) within a three year period. He sold the business to National Linen in 2001 after it was named SME Cork Company of the Year.

A fully qualified accountant with an MBA, Pat has worked as theFinancial Director and Controller for several U.S firms including Seagate Technology, Western Digital and Summit Technology.

At present, he is Director of Compliance and Risks, Vearsa, Evivew, and other start up companies.

Pat also sits on the advisory board of the IGNITE Graduate Business Innovation programme at University College Cork - a programme aimed at nurturing, developing and strengthening entrepreneurial potential among third level graduates.

A successful and seasoned stock market trader, Pat is CEO and founder of Cork based Stock Market Training Ltd., a company providing training courses to help novice investors understand and navigate the stock market to achieve significant returns on the market.

Pat published his first book, ‘Self Make’, in 2015 - a self-help bookcontaining 50 invaluable tips for a life well lived. The following year he published his first business book, ‘Sales Make’, sharing 50 easy-to-action illustrated tips to help increase business sales. He has several other books in the series yet to come, with ‘Business Make’ already underway.

Along with his business work, Pat is a captivating, compelling and personable professional speaker and is regularly invited to give talks and presentations on entrepreneurship. His favourite topics include how to make sales and his catchphrase is‘Network, network, network!’

Pat is passionate about education and believes in sharing the business knowledge he has accrued through a lifetime of business experience and success.

At heart he is a family man a dedicated father of three daughters and in his spare time he likes to travel. He can often be spotted walking his dog around the cliffs in Ardmore, dreaming up new business ideas.

The host of the event is Sonja Roche -Psychologist, Life Coach, and Personal Development Trainer. She is dedicated to transforming how you engage with life, communicate with yourself and others- so you can unleash your greatest asset, your true, powerful self!
