Good governance is key to success and sustainability of charitable organisations.
The Charities Governance Code sets out the minimum standards that charity trustees should meet to effectively manage and control their charity.
As the code operates on a ‘comply or explain’ basis, charities are required to comply with the code or explain why they have not.
Compliance is demonstrated by completing the compliance record form and updating this form on a regular basis.
Due to limited places on this course we are only offering 1 place per service. However we will implement a waiting list and any remaining spaces will be offered out on a first come first served basis.
