Group Supervision for Graduates of Kingstown College Diplomas in Coaching
Online
Periodically, a coach will bring his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue for the professional development of the coach, and the benefit of the client. In this confidential environment, a second opinion can be sought on particular issues or approaches, as well as ethical issues that may arise. The supervision process supports the reflective practice and continually raises the standards across the coaching profession.
Are you actively coaching? If so, you will benefit from Supervision! Coach Supervision is part of best practice for coaches and is a requirement for those who hold a credential with EMCC or ICF.
When do I attend Supervision? Supervision is recommended for every 25-30 hours of coaching that have been completed, or when a challenge has been encountered by the coach.
How do I prepare for Supervision? Ideally the coach attending supervision will bring 2-3 client scenarios to the conversation which the coach would like to discuss for the purpose of, for example, clarifying an ethical issue, improving technique and ensuring continuing alignment with the competencies of EMCC and ICF.
**Please note we do not provide invoices for this events' fee. As proof of payment you can use the receipt sent directly from Eventbrite.
