Hang Tough Editions 'Winter Print Show ' Opening Event

• Opening: Thursday December 1st from 6-9pm

• Location: Hang Tough Contemporary, 4 Exchequer St. Dublin 2.

This year is the second instalment of the Hang Tough Editions ‘Winter Print Show’ featuring exclusive limited edition prints from over 50 artists, both Irish and international, who were selected from our 2022 Open Call Competition hosted on Instagram. This year’s selection of prints offers an eclectic range of themes from artists practising in paint, photography, illustration and 3D works which considers all artistic tastes.

The ‘Winter Print Show’ launches with an opening event at 6pm on Thursday December 1st at Hang Tough Contemporary, Exchequer St. All prints will be displayed and available to purchase framed, forming an exciting and vibrant exhibition. Throughout the launch and the running of the exhibition, framers from Hang Tough Studio will be onsite offering professional framing while you wait for your chosen prints in a choice of neutral colours.

All ‘Winter Print Show’ prints are limited to editions of 30 only and are sized at 50 x 60cm. They are signed and numbered by each artist and are accompanied with a certificate of authenticity as well as being embossed with the gallery seal. Every print is of museum quality, archival pigment inks on cotton rag. Prints will be available to purchase framed or unframed in the gallery or online after the exhibition opening on www.hangtough.ie right up to Christmas eve - collection only

As well as the 2022 Winter Print Show collection on display in print browsers will be the Páipéar print collection (40x50cm prints) and exclusive editions published as part of this year's season of exhibitions (50x70cm prints). This range and choice of prints in 3 different sizes will ensure that there is something for everyone who visits our Winter Print Show either for themselves or for a wonderful gift for that special someone.

Drinks for the opening event are kindly provided by Poachers and Dingle. This is a free event but spaces are limited. Guests must register to attend the opening via Eventbrite.

There is no booking required after the launch event and the gallery will be open every day from 12pm right through to Christmas eve.
