Happily Hormonal? Well, many of us women easily can share stories proving the opposite, whether it is from one of those magic and powerful transitions from maiden to motherhood to crone/ hag, or in between! Women are hormonal all the time. So, don't you think we deserve to make being hormonal a good time, instead of something to be ashamed of or suffer in silence?

Maybe we can change the narrative of society and reclaim the power those tiny substances called hormones give us.

Hi, my name is Esther Moser and I have been a yoga teacher for over 25 years now, teaching from a medical and somatic psychotherapy background . More than 10 years ago I invited Dinah Rodrigues to Dublin, offering a 5-day Intensive about her 'Hormone Yoga Therapy'. We were a beautiful bunch of women, sweating, breathing, stretching and laughing. We learned a lot and later shared awareness with other women,each one in her individual ways, about the importance of caring for our hormones to remain healthy and happy..

The 'Happily Hormonal' Yoga Days have been inspired by Hormone Yoga Therapy and other forms of yoga and therapy I've learned over time. ven more through what I've learned by listening to women's stories in my private practice. Stepping out of the hormonal solitude, stepping into and being a part of a circle of women empowering each other, was a recurring request.
