Join in for a 60-minute Hatha yoga practice to connect with your body, release tension and cultivate inner balance and harmony.
About Hatha Yoga
A Hatha Yoga class consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).
Hatha Yoga helps to relieve physical tension and stiffness and also build physical strength and flexibility. On the emotional and mental level, it soothes our nervous system, helping to manage stress and contributing to building a state of inner peace and harmony.
It also helps us develop more self-awareness and more focus contributing to how we view ourselves and the world around us.
What do you need ?
• This is a mixed levels class. Beginners are welcome to join. Unsure if it's suitable for you, feel free to contact me!
• Have your mat and a cushion ready to sit on
• Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can eat something light like a banana)
• Dial in 5 minutes before to get settled
• The class will be hosted via Zoom. The info on how to join the class will be sent to you upon booking or automatically sent to you via the Kuula portal (see below).
To avoid booking fees, book the class via Kuula.
If you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, heart diseases or severe back problems, please contact me prior to the class.

I am Anna , originally from Poland but living in Ireland since 2005.
I am a yoga teacher, meditation and breathwork facilitator and a wellbeing coach specialising in anxiety and stress management, women's health, embodied practices and creativity.
My interest is in cultivating connection in order to strengthen the felt sense of self, develop more self-awareness and more ability to respond to life consciously and sustainably while experiencing the joy of living.
