OBUS Wellness Centre is delighted to introduce a series of Heal Your Life workshops and evenings based on the great work of Louise L. Hay.
This series is designed to create space for you to focus on you.
The Heal your life evening invites people to explore the teachings of Louise Hay. These evenings are for those who are curious about Heal Your Life but know nothing about it and they are also useful for past participants of the workshops who want to refocus.
They are fun, light hearted evenings with lots of enjoyable learning focusing on positive transformation. They are a great space for those going through a life change such as empty nest syndrome, retirement, change of career, relationship changes or personal growth.
The exercises learned on the courses will give you new information about yourself to help you make new choices.
These workshops are hosted by Gráinne Stone who is an experienced Heal Your Life teacher. Gráinne commenced on her own personal transformation by participating in a Heal Your Life two-day workshop several years ago.

This evening involves looking at Louise Hay’s philosophies and how they can help to heal your life.
Gráinne will go through these philosophies and help you to see how you can apply them to your life to bring about change. Gráinne will apply a positive affirmation relating to each one to help you integrate this change.
This evening will give an understanding of the foundation of the Heal Your Life transformation process.

Louise Hay is a firm believer of the relationship between our emotions and how they can physically manifest in our body. This evening explores the mind-body connection and how we can become aware of relationship between the two. We will look at how we can use positive affirmations and self-awareness to work through these manifestations.

Once qualified, all our diploma students can avail of our principal’s lifetime mentoring of past students. She is always available to help past students with career or client advice, planning new ventures or general support with their practice.
We also offer courses in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation. Our tutors are experts in their field offering training of the highest standard.
Our training room is purpose built and it is bright, fresh and comfortable.
The biggest testimony to the quality of our wellness program is that fact that almost everyone who starts a class at the centre never leaves and classes fill very quickly!
The Obus Massage Clinic is open, by appointment, 7 days a week. All the therapists working at the Obus Massage Clinic have been trained by Obus School.
