About this Event
Healing Yoga blends all the finest ingredients: Hatha flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Movement, Authentic Movement, Meditation, Breathwork, Healing Sound and Guided Visualisations.
Healing Yoga is taught in small group formats so people receive 1:1 attention and hands-on adjustments.
Every Wednesday 8 – 9:15pm
