About me...
Aisling is a qualified Nutritional Therapist. After 10 years in childcare, I decided to change career and follow my love of food and passion to understanding how foods can have a huge impact on our bodies. I studied for 3 years to become a nutritional therapist and have been seeing clients 1:1, giving short courses and talks and sharing my new found knowledge for the past 3 years.
I help people to achieve optimal health and reduce symptoms of poor digestion through dietary and lifestyle tips, while helping them to understand how foods can affect or improve our health.
Symptoms of poor digestion can include heartburn, constipation, low mood, frequent illness, fatigue and low energy, IBS and skin conditions.
Here is a taster of some of the things we will touch on....
• Tips to reduce bloating or gas
• How to increase beneficial bacteria in the gut
• Blood sugar balancing for energy and weight loss
• Foods to prevent or fight infection and illness
• Foods to aid sleep
• How to ensure absorption of certain nutrients in food
