Sinead is a Nurse of 16 years who spent most of her career in the area of Occupational Health in the corporate world. Here she supported employees with their physical and mental wellbeing. Sinead studied Coaching Psychology at UCC and now has a one-to-one bespoke coaching service based in Cork and online, helping people who are feeling stuck on making long-term health changes in the areas of Stress, Exercise, Nutrition, and Sleep.
