"Celebrating 30 years of 7's Rugby"

The Heineken Kinsale 7s rugby Festival is an annual 7s rugby festival in Kinsale, Cork, Ireland. The 2018 event takes place on the 5th & 6th May. This being our 30th year it promises to be our biggest event todate. New additions to the event include:

History:

How did it all start? Well, like many things in life, it started modestly - in 1998 with only 12 teams, but such was the enthusiasm of all who participated, there was no going back! Nowadays we have in excess of 80 teams playing in various mens and ladies tournaments throughout the weekend making it Irelands largest rugby 7's tournament.

Are there ID or minimum age entry requirements?

This is an over 18's only event. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter. Photo ID will be required.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the Kinsale 7s?

Parking is available at the event site and a shuttle bus service is also available from Kinsale town centre (5 minute ride). The shuttle bus service runs frequently for the duration of the event.

What can I bring into the event?

A pre entry security and safety search policy is in place. It is not permitted to consume alcoholic drinks not purchased at the venue.

What's the refund policy?

This event is non refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. To gain entry either the printed ticket or the e-ticket (on phone or tablet) must be presented at the gate.

Can I update my registration information?

No

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

No

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No. The name on the ticket must be the person attending the event.
