Do you suffer from Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bipolar or Panic?

This is a weekly self help meeting where you can learn the Recovery Method of Self Help.

This method has been clinically shown to reduce distress in people suffering from poor mental health.

Meeting takes place every Tuesday at 8pm.
