Online workshop 'How Routines Can Help Our Mood' 😃📆
Ringsend Library are delighted to host this fascinating workshop with qualified and accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist Fiona Hall MIACP.
This talk will look at ways to develop supportive routines to have a positive impact on our health and well-being.
Free online event as part of Healthy Ireland at Your Library programme.
With so many changes to our lives in recent months, many of may feel like all of our routines are gone. Our thoughts can shift to solely focus on what is gone and we can lose perspective which can lower our mood. However, we can work on shifting our focus. We can look at new opportunities and explore having new supportive routines in our lives for our mental health and well-being.
This workshop will be presented by Fiona Hall MIACP. Fiona is a qualified and accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist and has presented numerous mental health workshops throughout Ireland.
