About this event

When it comes to disciplinaries, grievances, and bullying and harassment complaints ─ all HR issues ─ a thorough investigation must be completed. But, you might ask how to communicate the outcome to the affected employees.

You communicate the outcome in a detailed report. In compiling the report, employers, business owners, and HR personnel need to ensure that it outlines the information gathered throughout the process and the proposed next steps. Accidently include or exclude important information gathered, and it may place the whole process in jeopardy.

To help ensure your outcome letters and reports are properly drafted, our HR Consultant at Graphite HRM Paul O’Connor is hosting a comprehensive workshop on June 9th that will cover considerations such as:

  • Relevant Legislation to the Formal Processes
  • Relevant Codes of Practice to the Formal Processes.
  • Practical considerations.
  • Information gathered: Emails, CCTV, statements, commentary, reports, paperwork, policies.
