Catherine is a lecturer in Marketing at IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art,Design and Technology.She lectures in Marketing, Marketing Research and Services Marketing on the undergraduate Bachelor of Business in Enterprise and the Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Entrepreneurship. She is going to share with us new ideas for a new century of front of house services marketing staff training.
