Topic: How to improve customer service and manage complaints in your business?

Catherine is a lecturer in Marketing at IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Her main specialties are Customer Service, Marketing, Nonverbal Communication, Public Relations, and Staff Training. She is also the founder and coordinator of the Brown Bag Lunches. These are informal lunchtime sessions where staff and students share their research topics. This initiative is designed to develop and foster cross-institutional research links between staff and students.

Topic: How to manage a sales team?

Amy is a Sales Manager for Southern Europe and Education Industry in HubSpot. HubSpot is the world’s leading inbound marketing and sales platform.
