About this event
Dive into a day long exploration of how to live a good life, given we are in an ecological emergency, through the lens of yoga asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, philosophy, a cosmic walk immersing ourselves in natural systems, creative writing or drawing, discussion and meditation. We will practice some asanas (yoga postures) which I will ensure are accessible to you, and challenge you. This day is based on my book, Yoga for Now and copies will be available to buy.
