HR Business partnering Masterclass

This virtual classroom programme is your gateway to attaining valuable skills and confidence to deliver business partnering practice. In the current environment, people professionals are expected to be effective business partners delivering pragmatic and measurable solutions that add greater value to the business.

This comprehensive on-line programme will give you all you need to develop business credibility and agility, the skills to build effective relationships across your organisation, plus the knowledge and confidence to prove your HR function’s worth in a constantly changing business world.

Designed in conjunction with practising, highly experienced people professionals, this unique, interactive programme is for people professionals looking to increase their knowledge and skills in the development and implementation of business focused, value-driven HR solutions. To gain from, and contribute to this programme fully, you should be in an HR related role.

This programme is delivered through six highly interactive webinars (2-hour sessions) spread over a day a week over 3 weeks, supported by the application of learning and digital resources.

Virtual classroom sessions will take place on Tuesday 11, 18 and 25 May 2021, from 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 16.00 each day.

Course Tutor

Karl O'Connor FCIPDKarl has over 30 years senior business and human resource experience mainly in Ireland and the UK. He is an award- winning, well qualified HR professional, co-author of Coaching Champions and also featured as a best practice case study in People Management magazine around change management, flexible working and employee engagement. Karl is a non-executive Director with One in Four Charity and has worked, coached and consulted with many brands across the private and public sector including RBS/Coutts/Ulster Bank/First Active, Institute of Banking, Trinity College Dublin, Irish Farmers Association, McCabe Pharmacy, Teelings Whiskey, IMI and the Institute of Public Administration. He is an executive, leadership coach and consultant who has worked with several CEOs, other C-suite executives and their teams. His core value is that “no-one is so good that they cannot get better” and his training and facilitation is learner-centred leading to improved employee engagement, retention and productivity.

Cancellations MUST be notified in writing.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the full fee will apply to cancellations received up to 27 April 2021. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 27 April 2021. A substitution may be made at any time.
