Join our Virtual Open Evening and see where IBAT could take you

Come and join us for this interactive and informative session and speak directly with our lecturer and recruitment team. Our Virtual Open Evening provides a great opportunity to get a taste of what it's like to study with IBAT, and gain useful information and guidance from the IBAT team.

You will be greeted with a 10-minute welcome message at 5:00 pm. Following this, Glenn will present and talk about each diploma below.

Guest Speaker - Glenn Lynch

  • Diploma in Legal Studies
  • Diploma in Employment Law

Throughout the virtual open evening, our trained staff will be on hand to assist you in completing your application in the most efficient way.

The event concludes with a Q&A session with the recruitment team from 5:50 pm – 6:00 pm, who are there to answer any questions you may have about the application process. They'll walk you through the details of the courses you're interested in, as well as the requirements for admission, so you can make an informed decision before applying.

Why Legal Studies?

There is a massive body of law that governs business; this Diploma in Legal Studies aims to provide a foundation in the areas of Irish law that are most relevant today, with a focus on the law's practical implications. You'll gain a better understanding of legal issues that arise in both business and personal situations, and you'll be able to devise strategies and policies to address them when they arise.

It will also prepare graduates for positions such as Legal Secretary, Legal Executive, Legal Advisor, and Legal Administrator.
