Event description
This is a workshop on the 6 steps to our infinite esteem. Learn to develop greater confidence and improved self belief..

About this Event

We all struggle to feel like we are good enough and to believe in ourselves. For years I was stuck in a cycle of making bad choices and feeling hopeless. I turned that around by following a simple plan and I want to share that plan with you so that you too can feel greater confidence and not be afraid to ask for more!!

Set in the stunning SCCUL sanctuary, this is ideal if you need to hit the reset button and recharge.

On the day we will meet for coffee at 10.30am and an opportunity to chat and enjoy the surroundings. Each session will be broken up into a talk on each step and then an opportunity to reflect and make notes is you chose in the workbooks provided.

In the middle we will have a tasty lunch and time to chill, maybe lounge in a day bed or relax in one of the swing chairs...

Can't find a friend who wants to come with you? No problem, come alone and I will take good care of you, no need to feel self conscious. After all this is a day for you!!

About Tracy

Tracy Geraghty is a Life coach, her passion is helping others life easier lives with less complications and problems, leaving more time for pursuits that bring joy and fulfilment. Over the years she has discovered a natural ability towards problem solving and reinvention, but it didn’t come easily!

She started her career as a Nurse and after 10 years in a variety of roles she moved into the Pharmaceutical sector where she worked as a Medical Sales Representative for over 13 years.

Then a series of life changing events lead to a major shift in circumstances. Starting with the break down of her marriage, then being made redundant and faced with becoming a single parent of two small children. Her son had also been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease around this time and required regular medical intervention and home schooling when he had a flare up.

The whole process took a major toll but it never stopped her from working to create a successful future for herself and her children. It took a few years to get back up on her feet again and her first venture was running workshops on Interview Technique for teenagers in schools. Her interest in personal development, and a strong desire to help others who have underestimated their potential, lead her to pursue a career as a Life Coach and she is trained in Strategic Intervention through the Robbins Madanes coaching school.

“It is my belief that we all have so much more potential then we can possibly even imagine. My goal and purpose is to help others to tap in to their potential and give them the tools to create an amazing and successful life”
