The 4th IGAS Study Day is on Saturday 23rd November, 9.00am-6pm in The Carmicheal Centre, Dublin 7.

That was some Trip: the Journey through Group Analysis - and it ain’t over yet!

You may leave Group Analysis but, like a trusted Winnicottian teddy bear, or Arnie in Terminator 2, Group Analysis will never leave you. Those crazy, funny, profound, bewildering experiences in training will stay with us forever. At our eagerly anticipated 4th Annual Study Day we will be reflecting on how Group Analysis has impacted on our personal and professional lives. We are delighted that our keynote speaker will be Jacinta Kennedy. The presentations will range from social dreaming, to poetry, to retiring group analysts. Surely group analysts don’t retire, they just . . . . . . . (prize on the day for the best punchline!).

We have reserved 2 sessions specifically for presentations from students in training, so we want to hear your voices! We will meet from 9am to 5.45pm, at a cost of 75 euros for full/associate members, and a mere 45 euros for students. We can only accommodate 50 attendees so don’t delay!

If you would like to present, want to ask questions, or if you are seeking support or reassurance, we would be delighted to hear from you. You can contact Christine or Belinda on christinechristie25.9@btinternet.com or belindamoller@gmail.com.
