IHSS UPPER LIMB CADAVERIC DISSECTION COURSE 2026
Overview
This course will include a half-day didactic lecture session and one day hands-on in the cadaver lab focusing on applied upper limb anatomy for surgical planning and reconstruction. Participants will explore key incisions, approaches, and tissue handling with expert faculty linking anatomy to operative decision-making.
The course includes FRESH FROZEN CADAVERIC DISSECTION and aims to cover:
- Evolution of fore limb anatomy
- Surface anatomy
- Applied anatomy
- Upper limb dysfunction
- Surgical incisions/approaches in the upper limb
Each table will consist of small groups of participants who will be able to assist in the prosection, handle the tissue, question and discuss.
