This inspiring and engaging day is all about learning practical skills for improving your emotional resilience and general well-being. You will learn to improve different areas of your life by harnessing the power that is within you: the power of your own life-force energy.

This will be a day of nurturing and self-development, of learning energy protection, clearing and grounding techniques, and of boosting your energy and re-setting your zest for life.

The presenter, Lana O’Farrell, is the international wellness speaker, energy therapist, and the author of the book ‘How to mind your energy body’ which this workshop is based on. Lana will share her knowledge and experience of how human life-force energy works, and how you can use your energy to improve your resilience and well-being and build a better life.

Emotional resilience impacts all aspects of our lives. During the workshop you will learn practical, creative and fun ways of using your life-force energy to make changes to your life in the areas where these changes are needed:

  • Physical wellbeing: learn to maintain emotional resilience in challenging situations, and to reset your energy when it runs low;
  • Emotional stress: discover how you can deal with your own negative emotions and protect yourself against their harmful effects;
  • Relationships: learn to understand and interpret other people’s energy and protect yourself against their negativity;
  • Work and Study: discover how you can practice emotional resilience skills at work, in meetings, interviews, tests and exams;
  • Building the life of your dreams: find out how emotional resilience impacts your ability to manifest your dreams and desires, and how you can make it work for you.
