In celebrating their 10 year anniversary, Eolas Money are hosting a complimentary conference on 16th January 2020 in the Clonmel Park Hotel, commencing at 19.30pm.

In this fast paced world we now live, our personal wellbeing is often neglected due to the stresses associated with our work-life balance. This conference is designed to Improve various aspects of Your Personal Wellbeing and our speakers - Professor Niall Moyna, Carrie Budds, Jim Stapleton - will provide you with practical guidance and techniques to improve your personal wellbeing and to manage the stresses associated with or hectic lifestyles.

Some details on our speakers:

Prof Niall Moyna: Niall is a Professor and Head of the School of Health and Human Performance and a member of the Centre for Preventive Medicine in DCU. He has published over 90 research papers in international peer reviewed journals and presented his work at international conferences. In May 2019, Niall was awarded an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health Medicine by the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in recognition of his contribution to preventative medicine, in particular physical activity and health literacy.

Carrie Budds: Carrie is the founder of Quokka Wellness, a successful workplace wellness provider. She is a qualified Health & Wellness professional with 10+ years’ experience working in the IT sector. She is passionate about helping people to stay happy, healthy and productive in our digital age by providing wellness programs that improve our behaviours around digital technologies.

Jim Stapleton: Jim is a director with Eolas Money & Eolas Financial Wellbeing and leads the delivery of Eolas's financial wellbeing initiatives for their employer clients. Jim has over 15 years experiences in delivering workplace wellbeing initiatives designed to help individuals improve their personal financial wellbeing.

Tea / Coffee served on arrival and the conference will commence at 19.30pm sharp.
