About this Event

Slow down and soften into the healing benefits of a subtle and profound practice.

With the warm weather comes increased physical and social activity, as the fire element is at its peak. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this fire phase symbolizes ignition, discernment and resolve.

The soothing and contemplative practice of Yin Yoga invites us to balance this outward focus with an inward glance.

Yin Yoga draws our attention to areas in our body that we most often hold tension, then consciously releasing and letting go.

End your day in complete relaxation as you are guided through your poses by candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, and yoga philosophy.

Suitable for all levels. NOT suitable during pregnancy.
