BACKGROUND
This 10-month pilot programme will focus on working with individual leaders, who are self-motivated to learn about themselves, the psychology of inclusion at work and their own inclusive leadership practices with each other.
While this specific piece of work is a pilot programme I have been designing, facilitating and coaching in the area of leadership development for over a decade now, with organisations internationally some of which you can see here.
RESEARCH / PILOT ELEMENT
The work will be based on the latest research into inclusive leadership and the focus will be on how best to support you, in your current role to lead effectively with inclusive leadership practices as an individual leader. Right now, there is no other programme in the world based on this method. It will also be evaluated on an ongoing basis, in a number of ways and may inform my future research and /or will definitely inform future practice.
FEES
Because it is a pilot programme it is heavily subsidised and has a minimal fee associated which is a standing order of €95 a month for 10 months and this will include a certificate of participation on completion. As it is subsidised you will need to apply to take part.
