(CPD credits: CPD Credits are available. Please contact for details).

The Morning Session (09:00 - 12:30)

"Proactive Data Protection through Managed Information Quality & Governance"

Join Castlebridge Associate's Daragh O Brien as he takes delegates through a whistle-stop tour of the basic principles of Information Quality Management and Information Governance and shows you how to apply these quality principles and techniques in practice to address the challenges and opportunities of Data Protection compliance.

This half-day tutorial is intended as an introduction to the key concepts involved and has been developed based on hands-on consulting and advisory experience in Ireland and elsewhere and provides delegates with a unique insight into how Data Protection can be managed proactively rather than reactively through a holistic perspective of your critical Personal Data Assets.

The Afternoon Session (14:00 to 18:00)

"A Data Governance Master Class with John Ladley"

Castlebridge Associates is honoured to play host to John Ladley, Principal of IMCUE Solutions, and one of the pioneering thought leaders in the field of Enterprise Information Management and Data Governance. This is one of the few times John has presented in Ireland and he will be conducting a master class on identifying and avoiding the Elephants in the Room in Data Governance, particularly in the context of Regulatory governance.

Drawing on 30 plus years experience in the field, John will conduct a formal tutorial and then the floor will be thrown open to questions and discussion from the floor to allow everyone to get the maximum benefit from the event.

This is a must see tutorial for anyone in the Public or Private Sector in Ireland who is struggling with the concepts of Data Governance in their organisations and it is a unique opportunity to learn first-hand from one of the pioneers in this field.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

You can email with your questions.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Once you have registered you can amend details of the registration for each ticket you have purchased.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. We will be using the tickets to verify numbers for lunch, which is being served in the hotel's bar/restaurant area. As such we may ask for proof of attendance at an afternoon session from people taking lunch.

What is the refund policy?

We will refund tickets cancelled up to a week before the event for the full price less our administration fees (approximately €3.00 per ticket).

Cancellations within a week of the event will be refunded 50% of the ticket price.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will not receive any refund.

We are not responsible for refunds of any travel and/or accomodation expenses you might have incurred when booking the event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Ideally we'd like the names to match as it means our follow up communications about the event (delegate satisfaction survey etc.) will go to the correct person. It is possible to change the name on any ticket and reprint it right up to time it is presented to us at the event. However we recognise that last minute changes can occur and alternates need to be sent, so as long as we can be sure we are communicating with the right person after the event we don't mind.
