IAN ROBERTSON is Professor of Psychology at Trinity College Dublin, Visiting Professor at University College London and was formerly a Fellow at Hughes Hall, Cambridge University and Visiting Professor at Columbia University, New York. A trained clinical psychologist as well as a neuroscientist, he is widely known internationally for his published research on the human brain. His popular writing has included regular features in the London Times and The Daily Telegraph and five books aimed at the general reader: Mind Sculpture (2000), The Mind’s Eye (2003), Stay Sharp (2005), The Winner Effect (2012) and The Stress Test all of which have been widely translated. He writes a blog on human behavior on www.ianrobertson.org
MELISSA SAYER is the Managing Partner & Founder of The Performance Hub and has 20 years business experience, having commenced her career in London in Asset Management, with Colliers International. Melissa partners with organisations to deliver sustainable organisational change and performance through coaching .Her approach is to work with organisations to develop the internal talent and leadership to enable them to deliver on their strategic agenda. Melissa supports leaders, mangers and teams to improve performance through developing skills, confidence and focus. She has extensive experience of working on complex change leadership projects, company strategic reviews & implementation and extensive leadership and team development projects. Melissa is Adjunct Assistant Professor at Trinity Business School and designed the Leadership Development Programme for the MBA. She leads a team of over 15 world class practicing professionals and executive educators to deliver this programme to an MBA cohort. Melissa is currently a DBA candidate at Portsmouth Business School where her research will focus "How does Systemic Team Coaching impact Team Performance and the Organisation?”

Amy‘s company, Synaptic Potential, works with orgnizations strengthening their strategy, culture and performance. The team works globally sharing reliably simple applications of neuroscience that lead to game changing insights and results. Having partnered with Bangor University’s Behavior Change Centre, the trainings gained additional credibility from the input of thorough researchers.
She is the author of ‘Make Your Brain Work’ & ‘Neuroscience for Coaches’ & ‘Engaged: The neuroscience behind creating productive people in successful organizations’.
FIONA CARNEY - Operations Director with Microsoft, Fiona is known as a highly motivated & energetic leader who thrives on working with others, and delivers results. Experience in a wide variety of industries including IT (Software),FMCG and Management Consulting. Focus on transformation and leading large scale change programs (IT and Business) and Sales Operations Leadership. A qualified executive coach, Fiona is passionate about supporting others in their progression and developing teams. Currently, she leads a large Account Management organisation, enabling Sales and Operational support of the business in UK, France, Germany and Western Europe. Fiona has managed a diverse range of international teams, and works well in a Global environment.
Fiona has a B.Comm, Masters in Business Studies and Post grads in Marketing, and Executive Coaching.
AIDAN HARNEY: Manager & Leader Development Solutions Director, Enterprise Learning & Development, INTEL, has extensive OD experience, working mainly in the areas of leader and manager development, talent management and organizational capability. With more than 19 years of executive human resources and talent management experience, he has designed executive development and learning strategies at all organizational levels and has worked with senior leaders in Europe, Asia, North and Central America. Aidan is currently completing a PhD on the topic of leader mind-set examining the mental models and thought-patterns which industry leaders use to effectively execute strategies and deliver results. Previously Aidan researched, designed and delivered the award-winning ‘Mentoring for Professional Development’ program which links mentoring activities to organisational strategic initiatives.
Aidan continues to guest lecture at Dublin City University (DCU) Business School on the topic, where he completed his Masters in Business Studies, receiving 1st class honours and winning a DCU ‘Best Dissertation’ award for his Strategic HR research thesis. Aidan is Chartered Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD). As part of his coaching practice, he is a qualified Administrator and Assessor for the Level B Emotional & Social Intelligence instruments EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360.
