About this event

Reduce costs and increase policyholder satisfaction in one move - that’s the promise of digitising the motor claims process. We’ll hear from two insurtechs who are delivering on that value proposition – Xtract and Openclaims.

Dutch Insurtech, Openclaims, offers a SaaS platform for body repair management to its customers in the insurance, commercial fleet and automotive industry. The platform enables customers to digitalise and constantly innovate within their vehicle repair processes, keeping them ahead of the game. Co-Founder Lex Orie will tell us how they leverage data to optimise distribution so that companies can save on repair costs and improve quality.

Irish Insurtech, Xtract, has revolutionised the motor claims experience. Through its simplified claims process, it delivers a faster time to claim settlement and a beautiful customer experience. Founder Michael Flanagan will show us how he has partnered with the likes of AXA and Travelers to introduce a claims journey for the digital world.
