Join JCI Dublin for an interesting evening with Kate Feeney from Insights
Topic: Insights on: personality at work
What energises you? How do you make decisions? How do you like to be communicated to? Your answers to these questions will be shaped by three psychological preferences – originally defined by the Swiss Psychologist, Carl Jung. In this session, you’ll have an opportunity to explore your preferences through a series of fun exercises – and be introduced to a simple and memorable language for behaviour. Whether you’d like to better understand yourself, or read others more effectively – this session will provide a chance to explore how you can do both.
